Shipping Information


We have all goods in stock in the shown sizes and models, and you receive your order within ten business days.

All packages will be sent with Linklog; Delivery time varies from country to country, all deliveries will be made within ten working days, this does not include holidays.



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will refund the price in full upon receipt or exchange the product for a different size/color, if preferred.

Most of our products are made from 100 % recycled materials , which is why we urge you to be extra careful with your new purchase, as it can not take the same wear as a new product .

If you want to cancel your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days after your payment has gone through given all hang tags still intact and the product has not been damaged in any way.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return goods purchased from another of Pelechecoco dealers. Our office can not process the return of goods that are bought in a store, and the package will be returned to you at your own expense. If the product is bought in a store , it must be returned to the store



To return the product, we will schedule a pick up for you; please contact Philip before you send it back.
(please be aware, you can't send it back without contacting Philip)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have received a defective product, will we pay for the shipping (for a refund of your return shipment, please send your receipt)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that in some countries you have to pay import tax.
