So, I loved this jacket when I got it 5 years ago - it was soft and the perfect fit. Unfortunately, the quality was lacking: the belt loops ripped off several times, the area around the pockets ripped, and the lining started coming apart at the seams.

I ordered this item in xs because I already have two different types in S whom fit well over sweaters but I wanted a slightly smaller fit for more elegant scenarios. Of course as always everything perfect, fast delivery and nothing to complain about - I just love all my PCC jackets now I have 3 types which I mix around and about - love them all. Love the soft leather very happy XOXO

This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. The jacket, while beautiful, simply didn't fit right. I then went to return it, emailed Philip and got no response. No bother, packed it up and shipped it out. It is then returned to me because the delivery was refused. And now, I am being told that because it is past the 14 day purchase date (even though it was shipping to and from Canada) I can no longer return the jacket. They are doing great things for the environment but are treating their customers really badly.

This jacket seems to run quite small. I have not been able to get responses to my requests for help. Shipping costs are quite expensive and seem to fall completely on the customer. This is for purchase and returns. Ouch! I am into it for $98 in shipping alone right now and still without a jacket that fits.

I left a review yesterday THAT WAS NOT GREAT and things have gotten EVEN WORSE! The belt its so POORLY SEWN TOGETHER it has been catching on the sleeves zippers. And I went to use the chest button to zip up the jacket all the way and it doesn't not only unbutton, the WHOLE SNAP BUTTON COMES OUT OF THE JACKET! The whole button is attached to a little piece of "leather" on the inside of the jacket and RIPS OUT OF THE JACKET! Such cheap craftsmanship! I do leatherwork myself And would NEVER SELL SOMETHING LIKE THIS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!

The first jacket I purchased was a SM in early May. My friend has the same jacket in XS, I tried hers on and it was a little snug on the shoulders so I did my measurements and ordered a SM. I received the jacket soon after ordering which is always great, and the jacket was wide and long, especially on the back. I would have considered it to be a M or perhaps a L. So I sent it back and was hoping to exchange for an XS. The person I was communicating with reassured me that once they received the SM they would send me an XS. This was mid May. My returned jacket arrived in Denmark weeks later and was unable to be delivered to the shop. The post office was holding it in Denmark. I tracked it down with my post service in the US and contacted the same person that it needed to be picked up. It was never picked up, and got sent right back to me in a really beat up box that had literally been around the world. It was now the end of June/ early July. I had to pay to send it back to Denmark for a second time, each time being $65, so a total of $130 extra dollars on top of the $350, for a grand total of $480...this jacket is not worth that much! The XS arrived July 25 and is a little snug around my waist, and too long on the back. I do not understand how the SM felt like a M/L and the XS is really XS but only on certain parts of the jacket. The experience as a whole was frustrating. I ordered in early May and did not get the jacket until the end of July. My opportunity to return it was a total mess. I understand that it was not any particular persons fault but I am disappointed. To get the XS jacket was a happy moment for me because I had waited since before my birthday in May to get it. I am going to have to get it taken in on the back because it bunches up in the middle and it uncomfortable. Also the leather is much thinner that the SM I received and even thinner than my friends jacket. The whole experience just took the wind out of my sails. When shopping on this site I was SO excited. I was looking forward to supporting this business time and time again but now I just do not think it is worth the risk.

I am passing this off to my daughter. She absolutely loved the style and quality of the jacket. The size small will arrive today. I want to offer a customer-focused service that you offer! There are a few places here in the US that would match you. Charlynn

I just ❤️ The jacket!!! It’s my christmas present and its the best one ever! The material feels super great!

The only thing that would make this jacket perfect is if I could zip it up. I have a small chest and it doesn’t come close to closing. It fits everywhere else like a glove, but as I understand these jackets are made to be worn unzipped. We’ll see how it fares in the weather.

Lovely jacket, everything it promissed. Nice, soft quality leather as well. I have a size 34 on top en 36 bottom, small fits perfectly. Very happy!

Ive gotten so many complements since buying this jacket! Fits great and the leather is smooth. I’m 5’10” and the arms fit perfect in a medium so might run slightly on the longer side.

The biker woman's jacket immediately feels as if you've worn it for some time. The bottom part is a tight fit with size M (I'm a size 36 top, 38 bottom).

I really love it! I can´t show you a photo now, because I´ll get my jacket for christmas - but I´ll show you later! :-) It´s really beautiful, it´s rockin and the best thing: it´s made of reworked leather, so me as a vegan can live with that and I have now my everlasting biker jacket! Thank you!

Love it! I normally have a size S, but ordered a size XS and it fits perfectly. The leather is really soft and doesn't look recycled at all. It does have that worn look, a leather jacket should have!

I LOVE this jacket! I'm 5'4" 115lbs and the XS fits me perfectly. It literally looks like I bought a Genuine, vintage motorcycle jacket and had it tailored to perfection. I'm obsessed wth this jacket!

I love my Pelechecoco jacket, and when it once broke in the leather, they fixed SO nicely, you can't even see the claim. This jacket is the best leather jacket I have ever had.

I wasn't even looking for a biker jacket, but I happened to come across this one in Urban Outfitters. I bought a size small. The fit is perfect, as though it were custom made for me, and the recycled leather means the jacket is already soft and broken in. I absolutely adore what this company is doing for the environment. Bravo!
